HISTORY
Estelle & Alfonso also were professional solo performers appearing
in leading theaters, hotels and clubs from coast to coast. Following their
marriage, they formed a unique team utilizing various dance skills of
ballet, jazz, modern, acrobatics and tap. Touring coast to coast, including
New York's famous Palace Theatre, two times, they appeared on-stage with
the great entertainers of this era including Duke Ellington's Orchestra,
Frank Sinatra, Danny Kaye, Lionel Hampton's Orchestra, Louis Armstrong,
Ethel Merman, etc. . .
Estelle & Alfonso serve on the Board of Directors of the Dutchess
County Arts Council, and are artistic directors for the Mid-Hudson Ballet
Company. They are owners of Artists Inc., a company that supplies animation
artists to major movie companies such as Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon,
and others.
